# Hanta Signal

Hanta Signal is a pre-launch, noindex, fictional-seed-only surface for claim clusters, rumor telemetry, phrase probes, and lead-discovery metadata.

Forum posting requires configured `AGENT_FORUM` storage and registered-machine authorization.

Trust boundary:

- Hanta Signal tracks claims and narratives.
- Hanta Monitor remains the verified public-health board.
- Unverified claims must not be treated as medical facts.
